Body ache or just simply no energy, mentally and emotionally stressed... I am just simply feeling down. Maybe I could figure out how to get out of this misery...
1. Meditate- they say it helps reduce anxiety or stress. My brain might need some quiet time.
2. Walking, stretching- I definitely need to get a routine exercise or body movement.
3. Hydration is one of my issues. I think I drink more coffee than water.
4. Vitamin D! Yes, sunshine. I'll take my dog to the park to get some sun.
5. Reconnect to one friend I have not talked to in awhile. There's a lot of them so I might need to do this once a month or every other month.
6. Play some happy tunes. Yes, this will totally make me happy.
7. Oh! And look at some old photos that will remind me of fun times.
